Ms. Monnin became a household name a few years ago when she was sued by Donald Trump for $5 million for calling the "Ms. USA pageant" rigged. She alleged that the Miss Universe Organization had predetermined the results of the Miss USA 2012 pageant. She ended up resigning her title as Miss Pennsylvania USA 2012.
