Sarah Hrejsa is a houseguest from Big Brother 6. Sarah's secret partner was James Rhine. Sarah is best known for being a member of the Sovereign Six alliance. Sarah and James were nominated by their alliance member Howie Gordon in Week 5, and when James won the PoV and removed himself from the block, Sarah stayed on the block. She was evicted in a 6-1 vote. Due to Kaysar Ridha returning to the game, she placed 11th.
