She made her senior international debut in 2023 at the World Championships in Antwerp, Belgium, marking the first appearance by a senior Welsh female gymnast in 17 years. At the event, she competed alongside fellow Brit Poppy-Grace Stickler in a podium group that included Simone Biles, contributing to Great Britain's sixth-place team finish. In 2024, Evans represented Great Britain at the Paris Olympics, where she became the first British gymnast to land an Amanar vault in competition. That year, she also helped secure a silver medal for the team at the European Championships and claimed multiple medals at World Cup championships, including silver on vault and bronze on floor at the Cottbus World Cup.

Her breakthrough continued in 2025, highlighted by a silver medal on floor exercise at the World Championships in Kitakyushu, Japan—making her the first Welsh gymnast to win an individual medal at the Worlds.
