"Richard Williams was one of the greatest animators in the world, but also one of the best teachers ever. The man knew literally everything and everyone in the field, and his body of work is nothing short of amazing. Dick Williams alone inspired and taught some of the best animators since the 80's and his hugely risky efforts back in the 60's and 70's helped to keep the art of animation alive and even move forward until it exploded in the 80's.
