Band formed by Marcelo Morano and Willy Campins at the end of 1976. After several months of preparations and rehearsals in a basement they shared with Gustavo Santaolalla's group "Soluna", they debuted at the Teatro Del Carmen in April of the following year.

After remaining active throughout that year, its members entered in mid-1978 to record their first (and only) album, which was released a few months later and received excellent reviews for its well-performed progressive rock. The versatility of the musicians allowed them to infuse symphonic airs into the final result, a touch that gives sophistication to their style. These forays are mostly provided by the keyboard inputs and their elegant textures, and the measured and intelligent use of sax and flute in most of the main melodic lines. The great advantage of this album focuses on the creation of very emotional environments through pleasant melodic lines and tasteful arrangements, with some truly captivating themes of obvious beauty.
Parallel to the appearance of the material, Osvaldo Boch joined Rayuela to replace Berinstein and the former Soluna Oski Amante on percussion. With that formation they continued to perform without much popular echo until they separated in mid-1979.
