Born in Rio Grande, Brazil, Francine spent her teenage years in the city of Panambi. From a young age, Francine was enchanted by the world of beauty contests and for years, from about the age of 12, she participated in several competitions, begining in Rio Grande, then in Panambi, where, in her teens, she won the titles of "Miss Congeniality", and "Queen of Commerce", among others.
