Peggy Steffans was one of the most popular actresses in New York City-based sexploitation of the mid to late-60s. She is most familiar from the films of her husband Joseph W. Sarno, including A Taste of Flesh (1967) and The Touch of Her Flesh (1967).
She acted in Sarno’s early films under the name Cleo Nova and, later, designed costumes and coached other actors.
