Peggy Diggins was an American actress, known for "Lady Gangster" (1942), "The Playgirls" (1942) and "You're in the Army Now" (1941). Diggins studied photography in New York in October 1942 to become a picture editor for a magazine, effectively relinquishing her acting career. Diggins also served as a photographer and war correspondent during World War II, based in England. She died in a car crash at age 35 in Gulfstream, Florida.
