She was born in Milan and, after attending classical high school, she graduated in 1988 in "Interior Architecture" at the Faculty of Architecture of the Polytechnic of Milan. She is married and has a child born in 1995.
Paola began her career as a real estate agent as an employee in a group that at the time managed real estate splits. After a few years, this reality had some problems so, in 1993 , she opened a company together with the Sales Director of the group she worked for.
