Pål André Helland

Pål André Helland (born 4 January 1990) is a Norwegian football player, currently playing as a winger for Rosenborg Ballklub in the Norwegian Premier League. Helland arrived Rosenborg at July 26, 2013, from the winner of the 2012 Norwegian Football Cup Final, IL Hødd. Helland has also spent time at Ranheim Fotball and Byåsen TF.
