Description:
Although the band has played some prior shows before, Operatika truly began their musical career on September 7, 2003 at the world famous L'Amours in Brooklyn, New York, when they were asked to open for Nightwish. They've also opened for other famous acts, like Michael Schenker Group, Helloween, Yngwie J. Malmsteen, George Lynch, Europe, and Therion.
The band changed their name to Operatika Element on 31 August 2012.
Bill Visser has since founded the power metal band Psychoprism.
