OCS stands for Omul cu Sobolani (The Man with Rats) like the title of Freuds book. The band finds its roots on the Romanian Black Sea, 11 years ago. The bands structure is quite simple: vocal, one guitar, one bass and drums. Since then, they have come a long way: have conquered the Romanian alternative scene, have released 5 albums and are preparing for the 6th, have filmed over 15 videos, have had hundreds concerts and is the best rated band of the alternative genre in Romania.
