Noor Taher

Noor (which means "light and brightness" in the Arabic language) is a Jordanian television and film actress of Palestinian and Lebanese origins recognized for her performance as Layan on the series AlRawabi School for Girls. She appeared in every episode of the TV show's first season. This exposure helped her to amass more than 700,000 followers on Instagram. She made her professional acting debut in a 2008 film titled The Stoning of Soraya M. She was born in Amman, Jordan. Noor is also a classically trained ballerina as well as other dance forms.
