Bio: I have always played sports competitively (namely track and soccer) but when I broke numerous bones I decided to get into weight lifting to keep in shape. My boyfriend came along and taught me that nutrition was just as important, if not more so than weight lifting. Now it's become a lifestyle that I absolutely love and endorse to everyone I come into contact with.
Favorite Quote(s): No one trains to lose.
Nutrition / Supplements: VPX - I really love all VPX supplements, and their company.
Training: I train 5-6 days a week on weights and try to keep up with 6 days of cardio. The cardio is more because I honestly enjoy it.
What separates Status from any other fitness magazine: Always has the most up to date products and news in the fitness industry. It's extremely informative and shows the best products available. It's also really interesting and fun to read! :) Plus they give opportunities like this!
