Nicolas Dupont-Aignan (born Nicolas Dupont on 7 March 1961) is a French gaullist and souverainist politician. He has been a delegate of the Essonne's 8th constituency since 1997 and mayor of Yerres, Essonne since 1995.
A member of the center right-wing Union for a Popular Movement (UMP) party until January 2007, he has been the founder and the president of France Arise (DLF) since 23 November 2008. He is a co-president of the European political party EUDemocrats - Alliance for a Europe of Democracies.
