His first feature film appearance was playing Taylor in David Raboy's "The Giant", which premiered at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival. Cirillo guest-stars as the nefarious drug dealer, Barry, in Netflix's 2020 series "Outer Banks", and guest-stars as Jennings in the upcoming 2020 Netflix/ Jenji Kohan comedy, Teenage Bounty Hunters.
