The recording blends Ray's penchant for catchy melodic grooves, anthems for respect, carnal desires from women, and butt shaking dance grooves. Three singles were culled from what would be the last Ray Parker, Jr. and Raydio album. First single, and one of the band's highest charting Pop entries, was the album's title track which hit No. 1 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart.
