It seems a little odd to dedicate a "tribute" album to a band that released an album of all new material just five years before, but that's exactly what the Dwell label's Super-Charger Hell: A Tribute to White Zombie does. The acts are mostly obscure, but most do a pretty good job of replicating the trademark White Zombie roar. However, most also lack the over-the-top personality that made up for occasional songwriting deficiencies in the originals, which renders the album overall a decent but inessential listen. ~ Steve Huey, All Music Guide
