News is the 2008 release from the acclaimed Scottish rock band with 13 tracks and is their first studio album in over 10 years. Nazareth was formed in Dec. 1968 in Dunfermline, Scotland out of the ashes of the semi-pro local group, The Shadettes, who formed in 1961 by vocalist Dan McCafferty, guitarist Manny Charleton, bassist Pete Agnew and drummer Darrell Sweet.
