From Liverpool, England, The Farm is yet another in the long list of early '90s British imports. However, their music wasn't well known in the States until after the Stone Roses and the Charlatans paved the way. Just as well, Spartacus has little to do with the retro psychadelia of the "Madchester Invasion." The Farm employs a sonic palette far richer than their contemporaries, incorporating a myriad of guitar and keyboard tones, as well as percussion loops, and female vocals.
