Containing the moody edge of Duran Duran's first album with the exotic sounds and tunefulness of _Rio_, Arcadia's _So Red The Rose_ is to date one of my best,most frequently played CDs.
Description:
In 1985 members of Duran Duran took a hiatus from their hectic career to produce two very different bands and albums, the first being Arcadia comprised of Simon Le Bon, Nick Rhodes and Roger Taylor, the second being the guitar driven rock of the Power Station with John and Andy Taylor (along with Robert Palmer and Tony Thompson). Arcadia, created between the Arena and Notorious albums, it was originally going to be a project of "remakes" much like Duran Duran's 1996 release Thank You.
