Smile

I seem to like this group better when they're working with either Merzbow or Sunn O))) and it's probably because I'm not a hugh fan of Psychedelic Rock to begin with. I don't mind this album but it doesn't blow my mind or anything. I personally don't like the vocals much and would prefer just straight instrumentals.

Smile is an album by Japanese experimental doom band Boris and features guest musicians Michio Kurihara of Ghost and Stephen O'Malley of Sunn O))), both of whom have collaborated with Boris in the past. This release is the second Boris album to feature vocals on every track (the first, excluding any one-track albums, was Amplifier Worship). It delves more into experimental tendencies with a more manipulated sound and even experiments with samples.
