On Noise Floor, Conor Oberst presents a collection of b-sides and rarities that spans a large amount of his musical career. As is the case with so many other bands, this b-side record misses any form of cohesion. As everyone knows, it's a collection of b-sides and 'rarities', and I may be the only person in this world that likes it. But I really enjoy listening to the whole cd without stopping, or choosing one, or two of them.
