It took around two years for Paul Pesce's debut, Miles From Home to finally receive a release date from Island's Blue imprint. Musically the album is conceptually broad, with "Theme," "Live @ 2.37" and the hip-hop leanings of "End of Story" working independently of each other, with a common acoustic thread running throughout. Sadly however the drum and bass material isn't very good, a handicap that has since struck many artist albums from the genre.
