A virtual cavalcade of British and American rock royalty appear on this record, including John Mayall, Spencer Davis, Paul Samwell-Smith and, on the last track, Ex Art Student, Graham Nash on vocals and some guy named Hendrix on guitar and sitar. And the music? It s a perfectly delightful period piece of psychedelic whimsy, right down Main Street for fans of the Bonzo Dog Band, Monty Python and Ogden s Nut Gone Flake.
