Fans in the U.S. have had to wait a year for him to find a domestic label for this, his 20th album(!), but now it's here, and it doesn't disappoint. The former leader of The Teardrop Explodes is once again examining some of his favorite themes-environmental panic, pagan mystery, goddess worship, and technological fascism-tying them all together in a concept album about aliens visiting the earth in ancient times and giving us the secrets to personal happiness.
