An Cafe is a Japanese visual-kei rock band featuring the talentes of miku (vocals) takuya (Guitar), kanon (Bass), yu-ki (keyboard), and taruki (Drums) , their name comes from the shortened version of the word Anitique Cafe. Unlike typical Visual-kei bands, An Cafe is often considered Harajuku-kei . This is due to the bands dedication to the famous Harajuku shopping area of Tokyo and the colorful styles and fashion the district is known for.
An Cafe is extremely popular with the teenage fans. Their Harajuku vibe and larger than life lyrics creates a sound unique to visual-kei. Their danceable rock songs have a wide appeal to not just visual-kei fans, but also J-pop and harder edged JRock fans.
