2007 debut album from the Icelandic sextet of young men. Jakobinarina are Ágúst Fannar Ásgeirsson on keyboards, Björgvin Ingi Pétursson on bass, Gunnar Bergmann on vocals, Hallberg Dadi Hallbergsson on guitar and backing vocals, Heimir Gestur Valdimarsson on guitar and Sigurdur Möller Sívertsen on drums. Their first big break came at the 2006 South By Southwest festival, where they were first exposed to the rest of the record industry and all it's excesses. After a series of missteps, they landed on the Regal/Parlophone label with producer Stan Kybert and engineer Mike Crossey (Arctic Monkeys) helming
