Temporarily Broke (Pillanatnyi pénzzavar) (1938)

The atmosphere in the United Steel Works is one of suspense, given the imminent arrival of István Balogh, the new president on his way to the Works from abroad. On the train, Balogh is doped by Szénássy, an engineer, who then takes Balogh's money, leaving his own suitcase behind. Balogh, now introducing himself as Szénássy, is helped by Vera, an employee working in the Steel Works. He even accepts her offer to rent out a room in her flat. Balogh visits the company, posing as his own chauffeur. Meanwhile, it is discovered that Szénássy's suitcase contains burglar's tools and suspicion immediately falls on Balogh... (MaNDA)
