The third and final part of the Vomit Gore Trilogy starts off with the puke-covered Angela Aberdeen who's on her way down to Hell after having committed suicide in the second part of the trilogy. When she reaches Hell, the Devil brings her back to life and orders her to bring him another victim. Angela chooses a victim to become bulimic and addicted to narcotics. Soon their souls will merge and create the ultimate child of Satan.
