Ida regénye (Ida regénye) (1934)
Ó Ida, a young girl, is dismissed from a cloister for having assumed responsibility for a love letter actually written by one of her companions. She must return to the town of Eger, where his father is just in the process of entertaining a theatrical company. She is astounded by the wild revelry. Her father wishes to have his motherless daughter married. He puts in an advertisement in a newspaper to that effect, and in due turn a young man, Balogh János appears, wishing to settle their family problems and the future of his younger sister with Ida's attractive dowry.
