Sober Sparrow: A Tale for Grownups (Nepyushchiy vorobey, skazka dlya vzroslyh) (1960)

The film is based on Sergey Mikhalkov’s fable about the family man and teetotaler, Sparrow, who attends a celebration succumbs to the provocations by his “friends” to drink. The film tells us how it is unacceptable to accustom nondrinkers to hard drinking, and how it is necessary to show firmness.
