To be honest, it has been a while since I have seen this flick but I don't think I would watch it again just to make sure that it is as lame as I can remember. Anyway, nowadays, I don't care much about trailers. Indeed, most of them are just way too long (about 2 mins and 30 secs) and they gave way too much information about the plot. However, when I was a kid, I used to love it when you would get to see the trailers before the movie and I would usually make a deal with myself to watch most of them. That's pretty much what happened with this flick. Indeed, back in those days, I must have been 13 years old, I saw the trailer, I thought it would be hilarious and I even went to see the damned thing in the movie theater. Well, eventually, like most spoof comedies, it turned out to be rather lame and underwhelming after all. Sure, it was pretty obvious that they would make at some point a parody of all these buddy cops action flicks but even Samuel L. Jackson (a year before his breakthrough with 'Pulp Fiction') couldn't make this movie actually entertaining. To conclude, even though I have seen worse, this movie was pretty weak and I don't think it is worth a look.
