Cadet Love (Kadétszerelem) (1942)

György Koltay steals out of the battalion quarters of the Ludovika (military academy in Budapest), to call his sweetheart on the phone. His absence is detected at the review after retreat and he is put to the detention room, where his father, General Ferenc Koltay visits him. He consoles his bitter son by recalling his own days at the Ludovika. We learn that he was also detained several times, and on one occasion he even escaped from jail to go to a feast at the girls' boarding school, to see Gyuri's mother, Annus... (MaNDA)
