Later that day, while sudsing up, Al discovers a most uncanny occurrence—a black hole seems to be forming in his shower. Plumber Gus arrives to check out the situation. With his knowledge of astrophysics and ancient cultures, Gus is far from the typical pipe cleaner. Moreover, while his interpretation of the black hole excites Fern, Al can't wait to get rid of it. Gus suggests that the black hole is not just a scientific anomaly; it's a sign of a relationship gone sour. Nevertheless, can Fern and Al mend the growing rift between them or will the black hole get between them first?
