Harry is a high school student that is fed up of being bullied by Steve White and others including his teacher Mr. Powers. Harry decides to take his fate in his own hands by deviously planning an attack on Mr. Powers. He puts his plan into motion by throwing amalgamated animals (a rat's head attached to a pigeon's body) at his teacher. He gets suspended but a vengeful Harry breaks into his teacher's car and tries to hot-wire it in an act of vigilante justice.
