Description:
In Brazil, where 3 million workers are under the age of 14, 11-year-old Flavio must find work to support his family. In this moving film, Flavio weighs his limited options: selling candy on the bus or washing windshields. He imagines a world that he can make better, a government that helps the hungry, and a life full of opportunity. "The government has lots of money," he explains. "If I were a governor, I'd help everybody." Through Flavio's eyes, we are taken on a journey through the markets, fishing villages, buses, and streets of Salvador.
