First Snow Reviews

Guy Pearce is Jimmy Starks, a salesman, who wanders in to get his fortune told (fortuneteller played by J. K. Simmons). Sceptical, Jimmy doesn't believe what the fortune teller says to him. But soon enough the predictions having come true, Jimmy returns, and is told that he will soon die, but that he is safe until the first snow.

So many possibilities with the script. So little development. Such an interesting story, yet something was missing in the entire film.

Actors worthy of note though. Simmons and Pearce always excellent.

I suppose if you have money to throw away, and really want to watch a low-quality action movie, this might as well be it.
