When it came out, 'Daredevil' was critically trashed but, personally, I don't think it was that bad. I mean, it was nothing like 'The Dark Knight' and it was indeed a failure on several levels but I enjoyed many things about this flick. Anyway, for some weird reason, they decided to make a spin-off around Elektra. Actually, when you think about it, this character was definitely one of the positive aspects in 'Daredevil' so it was actually interesting to develop her background. However, she didn't deseve such a lame flick... I'm not sure Jennifer Garner should be blamed since she tries very hard but the plot was just boring and completely ignored the plot of 'Daredevil', the directing was really average, the action scenes were not convincing and even a great actor such Terence Stamp was not able to provide a decent villain. Imagine if Frank Miller who created this character did direct this movie, now maybe it would have been more watchable than this borefest... To conclude, in my opinion, it is the worst super-hero flick ever made, worst than 'Daredevil' even worst than 'Batman & Robin' and it is not worth a look whatsoever, even if you are a fan of this genre.
