I absolutely love this movie. I have seen it countless times, and just re-watched it earlier tonight. Despite the fact that it is now...geez...getting close to 30 years old, it still holds up very well. The cast is fantastic, including such greats as Tim Curry, Eileen Brennan, Madeline Kahn, Christopher Lloyd, Martin Mull, Michael McKean, Lesley Ann Warren, and an uncredited Howard Hesseman.
Taking a board game and making a movie out of it, could have spelled disaster, but this is brilliant comedy at its best. I love it, and could watch this movie over and over again (and have!), and will, over the years to come!

I LIKE IT
Posted : 16 years, 11 months ago on 23 May 2007 10:45For a relativily older movie, this was pretty good. The fact that they took a board game and turned it into a movie is pretty cool. With actors I can remember from my childhood, this hit home pretty hard as well. I really like how they put a story behind the whole ordeal made it all that much better. I couldn't believe how many people you could suspect of doing it in the end, it surprised me. Even if you don't enjoy the board game or heard this movie sucks, see it for yourself, you might be surprised how hooked you will get.
