Bulletproof Monk Reviews

To be honest, I had no idea what to expect from this movie, I thought it looked pretty lame and I wonder how I actually ended up watching the damned thing. Eventually, I think it was on the TV so I probably thought I might as well check it out. Well, I wasn't expecting much from this flick and and, indeed, I didn't get much... Indeed, the story was boring and completely predictable, the dialogues were lame and the special effects were weak and looked very cheap. Futhermore, Seann William Scott played his usual obnoxious smart ass and I hope Chow Yun Fat got a big fat check for his performance otherwise I don't see any reason why he should have been involved in this. Above all, the most annoying thing about this flick was that, with such a title, you might think you would get some kind of over-the-top preposterous action flick which could have been pretty cool but, even in this area, the damned thing still turned out to be really disappointing. To conclude, I think my rating was actually rather generous here, the whole thing was pretty weak and I don’t  think it is worth a look or worth your time.
