The Ball is On (Áll a bál) (1939)

The love of Duchess Erzsébet and Balogh András, the inferior young man is intended to be spoiled by the Duke, the grandfather. He sends Erzsébet to Switzerland, Balogh András to Warsaw as a secretary to the embassy. Erzsébet flees and follows András to Warsaw, where both of them get into criminal calamities, when András ought to return home with some important diplomatic documents. At home it eventually turns out that the whole thing happened just for softening the heart of the grandfather duke and saving András from his pressed situation, which he undertook for Erzsébet...
