Air Bud: Spikes Back review

Posted : 8 years, 1 month ago on 12 March 2016 08:00

For some reason this site is only showing this page whenever I try to upload it by IMDB. I don't know what's going on with that. Anyways so this is the final main sequel before everything becomes the buddies world. It looks like this one also starts off the animal voice overs. Volleyball means there will be some bikini bods and right now that's the only thing I think will go well here. This must be Mike Southon's only directing credit and if you go to his page it doesn't even show it. Robert Vince just returns solely as the story creator. It also looks like Anne Vince and Anna McRoberts write here as well. Sadly Caitlin Wachs is replaced this time around. Whereas Patrick is once again replaced looking completely different. At least Tammy and even Cynthia Stevenson returns again. It looks like Frank C. Turner and Jay Brazeau are now gone from the series as well. Oh no hick accents that's not promising. Man she really can't keep anyone around. Oh boo hoo! Jeez that song was way too emotional lol. Oh quit that sappy stuff already. They really are making that so dramatic. At least it's consistent with her character. So is that how volleyball comes into play. So far it seems they are beginning to drift away from the sports aspect. Now you have your motivation to finally get to the sports aspect. It's about time. These films love to rehash side actors as different characters. How is it possible that every single team are called the Timberwolves lol. Bring some originality at least once. Thank God they only made it so one player was missing instead of the top 3. Yeah this is by far the worst one. Even more so than part 2. I didn't like Andrea's replacement that much. These are really formulaic and sadly it just doesn't stand up to the rest of them that well. The sports is only the latter half of the movie and honestly not that much of a surprise like the others. Also now none of Buddy's kids are around. These movies aren't very consistent with such things.
