When Australian used car salesman, Kenny Kipper convinces his best mate Brian Bunion, an unemployed, drunk. To leave town on a secret mission. Unknowingly to Brian, they both end up in Los Angeles as the cleanup guys for the Movie Stars of Hollywood.
