BradWesley123's Movie Journal- December 2018 (49 movies items)" DVD- 2hrs. 2min. First Viewing Solidly mounted, yet too restrained and flat; Operation Finale has a strong cast and interesting historical story, but it's too stolid to make much of an impact. Really, that's about all there is to say about this one. It's a solidly made film, with an exceptional cast (especially Isaac and Kingsley), but the script never pops. It feels like the film wants to be a throwback, to old-school talkies where character interactions are meant to be the meat of a thriller "
