"Exceptional" follows 4 ordinary people with exceptional abilities. They are approached by a mysterious man, known only as "The Observer" He presents them with a grave warning about their future. After proving his ability to foresee the outcome of any situation, The Observer leads the four on a journey, one that will change their lives, and the course of human history, forever.
