The group's third studio album I Am was released in October 2008, followed by a fourth album named Ladylike in June 2010.
The group became one of the few German reality television acts to achieve continued success, amassing sales in excess of one million records. In November 2010, it was announced that the group will split up in 2011, with each member stating that they would pursue their own solo projects.

Recorded with all six finalists of the sixth Popstars season during October and November 2006, the album consisted of a main production by the show's jury member Dieter Falk and British production team Jiant, with additional contribution from Marcus Brosch, Toni Cottura and Marc Mozart and his Mozart & Friends team, among others. One of the most successful debuts of the year, the album debuted on top of the charts in Austria, Germany and Switzerland and was certified platinum for more than 200,000 copies sold within its first week of release. By June 2007, Temptation had reached triple platinum status for more than 400,000 copies sold.

Strictly Physical is the second studio album by German pop trio Monrose, released on Starwatch Music and the Warner Music Group on 21 September 2007 in German-speaking Europe and on 8 October 2007 in parts of Eastern Europe.
Released only nine months after its best-selling predecessor Temptation, the album took Monrose's work further into dance and electro music, featuring main production by Danish producers Remee and Thomas Troelsen, with additional contribution from Jiant, Snowflakers, Peter Biker, and Pete "Boxsta" Martin. It debuted at number two on the German Albums Chart and reached the top 10 in Austria and Switzerland. As of January 2008, the album has reached double gold status for more than 400,000 copies sold.
Named after its second single which was released a week prior to the album, Strictly Physical spawned three singles, also including the band's second non-consecutive number-one hit "Hot Summer" and the Billy Mann-penned top ten ballad "What You Don't Know."
I Am is the third studio album by German pop trio Monrose, released by Starwatch Music and the Warner Music Group on 26 September 2008 in German-speaking Europe and 29 September 2008 in Poland. The album features production by Jiant, Snowflakers, Guy Chambers, Edwin "Lil Eddie" Serrano, and OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder among others.
Taking Monrose's work further into dance and electro music, the album scored a generally negative reception from music critics, with laut.de calling them "the Sugababes for discount store-fans."
Ladylike is the fourth and final studio album by German pop trio Monrose, released by Starwatch Music and the Warner Music Group on June 11, 2010 in German-speaking Europe. Production for the album began in 2009 to 2010, featuring involvement by frequent contributors such as Pete Kirtley, Christian Ballard,Tim Hawes, and Obi Mhondera as well as new production teams Famties and Tuneverse as well as Elias Kapari and Alexander Geringas.
The album received mostly mixed reviews from critics, and debuted at number ten on the German Albums Chart, among Monrose's lowest peak and first week sales yet.
The first new song introduced from Ladylike was "All or Nothing" which premiered during a fan club meeting. The second song was "Superstar DJ" which was first performed during a promotional event for Douglas fragrances.
The presented another new song "This Is Me", along with the Donna Summer cover "On the Radio" at the Thomas & Helga Show in the NDR. The lead single "Like a Lady" was sent to radios on 17 April 2010. The music video had its premiere on 12 May 2010. The song was also performed during the season finale of the fifth season of Germany's Next Topmodel.
