Miguel Angel Garcia Cortez (born December 15th 1987), best known as Mikey Garcia, is an American professional boxer.
He is a three-weight world champion, having held the WBC lightweight title since January 2017; previously he held the WBO and Ring magazine featherweight titles in 2013 and the WBO junior lightweight title from 2013 to 2014.
As of August 2017, he is ranked as the world's ninth best active boxer, pound for pound.
He is trained by his father Eduardo and his brother, former world champion Robert Garcia.
