Espósito named her Casi Ángeles and Teen Angels fellows Peter Lanzani, Nicolás Riera, Gastón Dalmau and Rocío Igarzábal as her "second family".
She is great friend of Candela Vetrano, they have been working together from childhood in Rincón de Luz, Floricienta, Chiquititas Sin Fin and Casi Angeles. The two lived in Banfield (Buenos Aires). She dated Peter Lanzani˙since 2006. They broke up in June 2010. Now she is dating Benjamin Amadeo.
Espósito debuted in television show "Caramelito y vos" in 1998, when she has age 6 years old. In 2003, Espósito made her acting debut in Rincón de Luz, a successful children's television series created and produced by Cris Morena. She portrayed one of the main supporting roles of Malena "Coco" Carbera.A year later, she was cast in another auccessful teenage series by Cris Morena, Floricienta, interpreting the role of Roberta. In 2005, Espósito reprised her role of Roberta in a theater adaptation of Floricienta.She then portrayed Augustina Ross in Chiquititas Sin Fin, a 2006 spin–off of the original famous series Chiquititas.
In 2007, Espósito landed her first leading role on television, Marianella "Mar" Rinaldi in television series Casi Ángeles, also created by Morena and produced by Cris Morena Group. It soon became one of the most popular adolescent television programs in Argentina, Latin America and Israel. Espósito also became the member of the series band Teen Angels. Though the series ended in 2010, the Teen Angels announced they would have another tour together in 2011, with Rocío Igarzábal instead of María Eugenia Suárez.[5][6] Since August 2009, Espósito is starring a new television series by Tomás Yankelevich, Cuando me sonreís, along with Facundo Arana and Benjamín Rojas.
