Mac Dre is an American rap artist who has a net worth of $1.5 million dollars. Mac Dre, also known as Andre Louis Hicks, was born in Oakland, California, and grew up in Vallejo. He began his rap career while in high school, and released his first three albums between 1989 and 1991. He also launched his own record label, called Romp Productions. In 1992, he was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. He spent five years in prison, after refusing to inform on the people who did actually commit the robbery.
